Hi, I'm Emily
After years of traditional therapy and medication and no real change, I took matters into my own hands and started solving my own problems. This led me to pursue an MA in Organizational Behavior and Development, where I was trained in the highly efficient and effective business consulting problem-solving model and subsequently adapted it to apply to the individual. Using this model, I successfully reversed my mental health diagnoses and built my dream life. Now, I use my lived experience and problem-solving skills to help others heal their mental health and transform their lives.
